Registration is done in two steps.
The first step consists of registering as an attendee, or with a poster proposal, which includes a title and an abstract of 300 to 500 words. It is important to consider that registration is limited to 100 people. The deadline to register was July 7, 2023.
The scientific committee will analyze each poster proposal and confirm its acceptance. Eventually, some of the proposals will be selected for a brief oral presentation.
Details of the poster format will be given later.
The second step is the administrative registration, on a platform that is now open. The link to the platform has been sent to people that registered the first step. The deadline to register is September 8, 2023.
Registration costs include the welcome dinner and three meals, and are as follows:
People from Latin America – USD 120 (-40% for students)
People from other countries – USD 220 (-40% for students)
Premium registration – USD 440 ( this fee covers not only the registration, but also provides support to underfunded attendees, fostering an inclusive and collaborative conference environment)

El registro se hace en dos pasos.
El primer paso consiste en registrarse como asistente, o bien con una propuesta de poster, la cual incluye un título y un resumen de 300 a 500 palabras. Es importante considerar que se limita la inscripción a 100 personas. La fecha límite para registrarse fue el 7 de julio de 2023.
El comité científico analizará cada propuesta de poster y confirmará la aceptación. Eventualmente, se seleccionarán algunas de las propuestas para una breve presención oral.
Los detalles de formato del poster se darán más adelante.
El segundo paso es la inscripción administrativa, en una plataforma que ya se abrió. La liga a la plataforma se envió a quienes se han registrado para el primer paso. La fecha límite para registrarse es el 8 de septiembre de 2023.
Los costos de inscripción incluyen la cena de bienvenida y las tres comidas, y son los siguientes:
Personas de Latinoamérica: USD 120 (-40% para estudiantes)
Personas de otros países: USD 220 (-40% para estudiantes)
Registro premium: USD 440 (esta tarifa no solo cubre la inscripción, si no que también brinda apoyo a los asistentes con fondos insuficientes, fomentando un entorno de conferencia inclusivo y colaborativo)
